The Open PHACTS Discovery Platform is now publicly available as a beta release. Following the 4th Community Workshop on 22-23 April 2013, you can now use integrated pharmacological data in these great new ways:

The API

The Open PHACTS API is now available at dev.openphacts.org. Sign up and start building your apps! Furthermore, you can contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   to be added to the public developer's mailing list.

The Open PHACTS Explorer

The Open PHACTS Explorer provides a simple web-based user interface for querying and viewing the integrated data within the Open PHACTS Discovery Platform.

Two example apps are available from the project, with more to come:

PharmaTrek – a tool to explore the pharmacological space (demo video)

ChemBioNavigator - visualising the chemical and biological space of a molecule group (demo video)
