We are pleased to announce that Collector, developed by PSMAR (Consorci Mar Parc de Salut de Barcelona) is officially released.
Collector uses data from the Open PHACTS Discovery Platform and the eTOX project to build QSAR predictive models. The tool features a flexible collection of filters for selecting the target, the biological data ranges and the physicochemical properties of the compounds.

A major new source of open patent chemistry is now available. Thanks to the new collaboration between Digital Science and the EBI ChEMBL group. We are currently discussing how this data might integrate with Open PHACTS and look forward to developing use cases in 2014.
